ESMERALDA CALPE.S.L. informs users of its Personal Data Protection policy, (under the auspices of Article 5 of the Spanish Personal Data Protection Decree 15/1999), in order to inform users about the Personal Data required for the development of its activities.
Under the responsibility of ESMERALDA, Personal Data will be computerized and inserted in their respective automatic files.

In accordance with current regulations, these files have been duly registered in the General Register of the Spanish Agency of Data Protection. Under current regulations, individuals concerned will be able to exercise their rights to access oppose, alter or cancel their personal data. At the same time, they agree to stand behind the veracity of the data and are committed to transmitting any modification.

The purpose of the personal data collection and computerized attention is the negotiation, treatment, assistance, increase and improvement of the services offered by ESMERALDA, as well as the facilitation of access to these services and information about special promotions.
ESMERALDA can transfer personal data to the other associated Groups with similar purposes.
ESMERALDA guarantees secure Personal Data protection, which is legally established, and is committed to undertaking any additional technical measures in order to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, non-authorized access, and theft of the Personal Data given.
